Positive psychology
GI Joe Fallacy
The fallacy is knowing the idea is half the battle, but it is not true. Just knowing something is not enough to think about it. For instance, there are some visual illusions that we cannot be unseen even if we know the visual trick. To change our behaviour, we need more than just knowing things.
PERMA
(an acronym for Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment— the basic dimensions of psychological flourishing).
